  • 会员9177：买了两份698套餐，我们中午到达时就先给我们开了一套打扫好的大床房，这点很不错。 但作为经历过花博会考验的酒店，前台工作人员在已知当天临时取消了去花博会的大班车时不主动提示已在办理入住时咨询过班车问题的住客，事后还反过来说是住客没跟她确认，服务态度和管理都有待提升。 司机师傅态度很不错，因为两点半才从酒店出发，为了让我们玩的尽兴还特意延后了接我们的时间。 当天客房部也不是很给力，两点多了还没打扫完。和餐厅服务人员形成了鲜明的对比，手脚特别利落。 房间挺大的，但作为一个双床房的厕所窗帘有点过于透了，洗完澡出来不是很方便。 田趣礼包需要凭券去钓鱼的地方领，经过交涉后给我们补寄了两份青茄子和毛豆。
